During operating hours, the AnswerLine librarian on duty will respond within 30 minutes, with either the answer to your question or the length of time they feel it will be necessary to answer your question. For questions that come in after operating hours, the AnswerLine librarian on duty will respond within 30 minutes of the opening of E-Mail on the next business day.
