What is an Instant Message?

It’s a kind of software that you can download for free to your computer, and it allows you to write to other IM addresses in real-time.

So, if you need a fact checked at home or at work, you can IM us from Yahoo, AOL, MSN, or ICQ between opening and fifteen minutes to close. If we cannot give you a short, sweet answer, we may be able to email you with a longer article.
