The library has thirteen study/meeting rooms available throughout the building for you to use. Some of these spaces can be reserved in advance and others are available for walk-in use. The capacities range from two people to eight people.
Main Level Study/Meeting Rooms
There are eight study/meeting rooms available on the main level of the library. Four of these rooms can be reserved in advance and four are available for walk-in use. Guests of all ages may use these rooms. You will be able to use the space for up to two hours and you are welcome to stay longer if no one needs to use the space. To reserve a study/meeting room, please make a reservation on our online calendar or call the staff at the Adult Information Desk at (269) 329-4544 ext. 1. Each user will only be allowed to make one reservation at a time. We accept reservations up to two weeks in advance. Dry erase marker sets are available to use by request at the Adult Information Desk.

Room 205 contains a table, six chairs, a whiteboard, electrical outlets, and ethernet ports. The window in this room overlooks one of the library’s gardens and a trailhead to Portage Creek Bicentennial Park Trail.

Lower Level Study/Meeting Rooms
There are five study/meeting rooms available on the lower level of the library. They are available for walk-in use only and designed to be used by the young people of our community. Please call the staff at the Youth Information Desk at (269) 329-4544 ext. 2 for additional information.
Youth Study/Meeting Rooms
There are three study/meeting rooms located in the Youth Area. These rooms are designed for the youth of our community.

There are two study/meeting rooms located in the Teen Area. These rooms may only be used by those in the 6th through 12th grades.

Café
Our café space on the main level by the entrance can also serve as a casual gathering space for small groups or individuals. There are 8 tables and 16 chairs. A wall of windows overlooks Veterans Memorial Park.
